They would look even to the minute detail of the plan and construction. One of the things that really struck me was the casino is not simply for gambling. It is for entertainment. Gambling is just one of the things that one can do in the casino. I realized that running a casino starts in the building of the casino. The owner must have a vision on what he really wants to happen. Anyone can build a casino just like any casino that we see. However, big time casino owners would not settle for anything less or ordinary. They would spend billions of dollars just to create something special and new.
